Do you offer trials and consultations?

Yes. Consultations are free of charge.  See Trial pricing below.

Can you service a large group or bridal party?

There is no party is too big or small! My team has serviced 20+ people in one day!

Do you charge for trials?

Yes. I charge $120 for both Hair and Makeup during the trial or $80 for one service (hair or makeup). This includes an in depth consultation and the whole service you can expect on your wedding day. I don’t leave until you are completely satisfied.

Do you specialize in ethnic women?

Yes. From Asian eyes to African American skin tones, I use techniques to enhance every women’s unique beauty.

Do you specialize in textured hair?

Yes.  I trained at Paul Mitchell The School.

Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?

Yes. There is NEVER a travel/location fee on Oahu.

How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party?

There is no bridal party too big or too small!  We have a team of stylists and assistants who are ready to service you on your big day!

How far in advance should clients book your services?

As soon as possible, especially for summer weddings.

What is your cancellation policy?

If by any reason you wish to cancel your services, please notify us immediately in writing by e-mail.  Please be aware that your retainers is unfortunately non-refundable.  Cancellations made 4 weeks or less before your wedding day will still require a FULL BALANCE PAYMENT. Retainers are non-refundable.

What products do you use?

I don’t limit myself to one particular  makeup or skin care brand. As brands are constantly evolving and improving, so is my kit.  I use several lines of professional  products and high-end retail brands.  Only High-Definition, camera-ready, professional brands ~ such as:

MAC PRO, Dermologica, Smashbox, Make Up For Ever , Shiseido, Kanebo, OCC, Chanel, Cinema Secrets, NARS, Dior, Urban Decay, Graftobian, Lorac, Stila, Yaby, Lancome and more…

What types of payment to you accept?

We accept cash, check, credit card, and PayPal.

Any other tips?

* Doing a Hair and Makeup Trial will help your wedding day run as smooth as possible.

* Having inspiration pictures will ensure you and your artist will be on the same page.  One persons idea of “natural” makeup may not be the same as yours.

* Always arrive to your trial and wedding day with no makeup on and clean, dry hair.  This will cut down on a lot of time and help to keep everyone on schedule.

* Speak up if something is not to your liking.  Your artist should never leave until you are 100% satisfied.
